I’m Elisa.
From the beginning of my UX career, I have been deeply passionate about creating digital product experiences that improve a user’s everyday workflow. This passion led me to Salesforce, where I’ve spent the past 4 years working on impactful customer products — first on Data Cloud Segmentation, and then in Flow Automation. My work has focused on one goal: delivering intuitive and user-friendly enterprise experiences to a non-technical user.
I was raised by a mother who forced me to be extremely resourceful. When asking her a question, the most common reply in our household was: “I don’t know, figure it out.” As a result, I can almost always figure it out.
In both my professional and personal life, I don’t believe in complacency. “We’ve always done it this way” is never the end of a conversation for me.
I bring to the table an extensive education in design thinking, a rarely satisfied curiosity, and a devotion to improving my craft at every chance possible.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually lifting weights, making pottery, reading a book, or taking on a home improvement project.
Let’s chat about my love for well-written navigation labels, my weird relationship with 100% cotton t-shirts or my favorite episode of NPR’s How I Built This.
